Innovation has become a buzz word in business. Everyone is talking about it but how many are actually doing it well? This question was sitting in the back of Gary's mind for many years. While doing keynote presentations or running creative sessions, Gary was constantly questioning the leaders of organisations as to how well they did it. Many believed they were doing it well, but when put on the spot and asked to prove it, few could. Consequently with the help of Mark Purbrick from Profiles International, Gary set about creating Australia's first perceptual study on how people see and do creativity in the Australian business landscape.

The AIC Report is designed to give Australian business a true indication of how creativity and innovation is travelling in all levels of business. Unbiased and unedited, it is the first report that really examines how creativity is being encouraged within organisations rather than just measuring the outputs. The report will give Australian business a snapshot now and into the future as to how well it is adapting it's thinking to meet the ever increasing demands of customers and clients. Until Gary joined with Profiles International, there had been no qualitative or quantitative report or study that had been conducted relating to how different levels of an organisation perceive innovation and creativity.

Profiles International have developed a survey instrument designed to collect data and views from 3 levels of the organisation - the employees, mid level management and executive management. Its a simple, easy to use and practical 3 minute survey. To take part in the survey or understand more about the AIC Report and its findings, click the link below.
