'Who Stole My Mojo?' is a book that attracts your attention immediately because of the Austin Powers reference in the title (it got me in!).

It is a self-help/motivation book that is written for a wide audience and contains an equally wide variety of ideas and tasks to help you break out of the routine that is holding you back and to help you regain your 'mojo'.

It contains suggestions for both the work and play aspects of life rather than focusing just on one or the other, which is only sensible as they go hand-in-hand. This book's focus is about enabling people to enjoy all aspects of their life by changing their mindset.

The language is appropriate for all audiences, whether they are a CEO or a stay-at-home parent. The book provides real-life examples, which is excellent as this type of book often attempts to stuff theories down your throat. The examples and their lessons are easy to follow and understand.

Overall, I think 'Who stole my mojo?' would be useful if you had the time to read and work through its activities, which is saying a lot for me as I am sceptical about the life-coach/self-help genre.

The pressures of work are greater than ever and the corporate world is ruthless and unforgiving. To survive in this environment and get the most out of your life at work and at home you need to ensure that you have a positive and productive mindset. This book provides you with simple ways to change your thinking and regain your mojo! Yeah baby!
