In my experience people tend to use brainstorming to generate lots of ideas, but once the session is over, all you are left with are pages of ideas and no real commitment to using any of them.  In order to make the brainstorming process more memorable, Gary devised an easy to remember acronym to ensure that the brainstorm is undertaken properly and successfully - the Creative Dancea.
