In the Cronulla RSL, facing the ocean, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor called Aloha. It serves Vittoria Coffee. No matter where I go, Vittoria Coffee venues seem to provide a consistently good brew. This is a mass market supermarket item, yet, they manage to have the high standard of coffee and barista, wherever the Vittoria logo is represented. It really is something to be admired when many coffee companies that start with beans and roasting and end up in shops being served by a wide range of baristas (coffee makers), often the quality drops. There is no consistency. Vittoria Coffee have managed to build consistency; the product is solid. They have the highest standards, seemingly, and whether it be their training or education system, you've got to hand it to them, they stand out amongst the mass of coffee companies that not only roast and produce beans for home and the supermarket, but manage to do it on consignment to other companies who display the Vittoria Coffee logo and serve their beans. It's a great case study in consistency in mass production, and I'd be keen to know anybody who has an insight into Vittoria coffee. As Al Pacino said, "That's a good coffee."
