A recent competition in New York challenged designers to create the city’s first micro unit apartment building. Carmel Place is now almost ready to welcome his first tenants.

We love this foldaway chair designed by Liquid Interiors which simply folds down and disappears into the floor. What a wonderful design piece to maximise the minimalist lifestyle and trend that was ahead of us.
