Enjoy

Here’s a cracking idea! As you know, normally when we buy our electronic products, they come with a massive manual explaining how to set it up and use it - which of course  we never read. Enjoy Technology is an online electronic retailer that delivers the product along with a specially trained expert to set it up and guide you through its use. (Just as an aside, former Apple retail chief Ron Johnson created Enjoy - why am I not surprised!)
Enjoy partnered with AT&T for the launch of the iPhone 6S which meant that people who bought the phone could arrange for an expert to deliver it to them in person, configure it and take them through the ins and outs of the new technology. The delivery service is free of charge for shoppers and is certainly a great example of solving a problem and then adding it into an additional customer service, value-added option. I for one would sure Enjoy that.
