Hanging on the edge of a cliff with views of the Mexico's Basaseachic Falls, the Copper Canyon Cocktail Bar would certainly take your breath away. So unique is this cocktail bar, it’s not just a place to go for a drink or a feed, it’s also become a popular tourist attraction. But there's a catch. It hasn’t even been built yet!

What we love about this concept is that someone could take something so absurdly different and dream about the possibilities. The likelihood is that in two years time The Espresso will be showing you real life photos of what someone could imagine, see, hear look and taste to be an iconic restaurant on the world scene. Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the people who see differently.
