There are hundreds of review websites that we can refer to to help us make an informed decision . However there’s no real resource to turn to when your business is dealing with another business. It collates reviews and ratings for people or businesses offering services such as web design, SEO optimisation and credit card processing. If it's something of interest you’d load your details onto the CrowdReviews site and then through a special algorithm, collates all available reviews and creates a summary based on various factors including the strength of your reviewer's reputation and whether negative reviews have been loaded. Pretty interesting concept that we’re going to see more of and something also likely to scare the heck out of any business with poor customer service.
