There is no doubt that there is a generation who are looking for a more natural and organic way to source their food. The Bunyadi Restaurant in London has found what some would say is a natural progression for food. It's because you dine au natural!
According to the Guardian, London's first naked pop up restaurant promises an experience free from many of the trappings of modern life including clothes, mobile phones and even electricity. All the cooking is done with fire, the venue is lit by a canopy of candle lights, and although there is a clothes section but those who want to remain in full kit, the restaurant is clothes free. For health & safety reasons the people cooking the meals wear clothes. Guests are served vegan and non-vegan meals along with organic wine. The idea is to make this restaurant as pure and natural as possible. Will it work? The waitlist is 45,000, so let's assume yes. We've spoken before in the Espresso about the importance of creating your own category. Perfect example.
