RESOURCE : Co-Worker Space

Spacious is a new concept where a restaurant converts itself to a co-worker space during the day.
Essentially the restaurant is open to dining patrons during the evening. During the day members, who pay a monthly fee, get access to the restaurant and receive a beautiful open workspace, conference rooms, Wi-Fi, free coffee and water.
It's a great example of collaborative consumption where you find a resource that you are not using that fits the needs of others and henceforth creates a new revenue stream.
There are beautiful restaurants all over the world that have the most amazing fitout and creative settings that would be perfect environments to host meetings and to be utilized as office space.
