Now that 2015 is in full flight and many of us have returned to our normal routines, I have a question for you?
What is going to stretch you this year? Hopefully the readers of The Espresso know better than to treat 2015 as nothing more than a cut and paste of 2014. The brain loves new! We know through neuroplasticity that the brain, when used and challenged, can change its shape and become healthier. You do this by challenging yourself with something new. A new skill, a new hobby, a course, a new profession, an athletic or physical event or something as simple as the amount of sleep you get, books you read or steps you take. If you’re reading The Espresso you are someone who likes to think differently. You don’t settle for the norm, you’re looking for the next cracking idea to unlock, you want to get your Mojo working. There is nothing that gets your Mojo working better than stretching yourself with a new skill, a new challenge or a better way of doing something. So if you haven’t yet, grab your journal and start dreaming. What are you going to do in 2015 which will truly stretch you out of your comfort zone and take you to a new place of desire and success?
