Recently I heard Editor in Chief of Wired magazine Kevin Kelly interviewed about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR). This edition of the Espresso is dedicated to that topic. Although your business right now may not be in a position to capitalise on AI or VR we do need to stay abreast of what's going on and open our minds to the possibility that AI and VR will have an impact if not a large impact on our business, our category, and our own lifestyle in the not too distant future.
It's already happening and will only become more prevalent as these technologies get a true head of steam.
