You grab the phone, do a 30 minute exam free of charge then pay a fee of $40 where the App gives you your results.  Your results are sent to an ophthalmologist who approves a prescription within 24 hours. This service has even been endorsed by the American Academy of ophthalmology however there are those that still believe that this service cannot replace a comprehensive eye health examination.
