Many writers choose to get started early in the morning when writing books, copying blogs or content. In the excellent book “Deep Work” by Cal Newport - he wrote about starting your day well before dawn to give you uninterrupted time to focus with no distractions.
There is however another reason to do your work in the early morning - It helps to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper early, and if you do it before your inhibitions take hold of you later in the day when you may be tired or stressed, or have to make decisions, and in many cases you may feel overwhelmed. The point being, your inhibitions can dictate your thoughts, before you even get them out of your head. What does this mean? If you are building proposals, writing a book, developing content for a blog, a keynote speech, a presentation for work, or an address you're doing to your local community group, do it early in the morning. Your creativity and focus will be in peak form. There is much to support the concept of writing before the sun rises. © GB
